Homemade wonton wrappers/Ramen noodles

Ingredients: All Purpose Flour 300g (2 1/2 Cups) ;Salt 1/2 Tsp; 3 Egg Whites; Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp; Water about 3-4Tbsp ; Cornstarch only for dusting the last step.

  1. Mix dry ingredients and add others
  2. Knead then wrap dough with plastic wrapper then rest for 1/2 hour
  3. Kneed for 8-10 min and plastic wrapped to rest for 1-2 hours
  4. Press on table and roll the sheet in a wider dial
  5. Fold in two sides to shape to rectangle shape
  6. Repeat 4,5 until smooth
  7. Set the dial to the final thin level and dust the sheet with cornstarch
  8. Roll the sheet until ideal texture and thickness
