- Mix dry ingredients and add others
- Knead then wrap dough with plastic wrapper then rest for 1/2 hour
- Kneed for 8-10 min and plastic wrapped to rest for 1-2 hours
- Press on table and roll the sheet in a wider dial
- Fold in two sides to shape to rectangle shape
- Repeat 4,5 until smooth
- Set the dial to the final thin level and dust the sheet with cornstarch
- Roll the sheet until ideal texture and thickness
